1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Sesh Technologies Manufacturing, Inc., doing business as STM Canna and RollCraft, 2701 North Van Marter Road, Spokane Valley, WA 99206 (the "Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any webinar, video conferencing, social media, or advertising platform used to promote or host the event.

2. Promotion Period

The entry period begins on July 22, 2026 and ends on August 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time, when the live webinar begins. Entries submitted after the webinar begins will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.

3. Eligibility

Attendance at the webinar is open. Eligibility for the prize drawing is limited to entrants who meet all of the following requirements at the time of entry and at the time of the drawing:

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible. "Immediate family members" means parents, children, siblings, and spouse, regardless of where they live. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

Automatic entry. Register for the webinar at rollcraft.co/start-a-pre-roll-line/ and attend the live event as described in Section 3d. Registration plus qualifying live attendance constitutes one entry. Registration alone, without qualifying live attendance, does not qualify.

Entry limits. Limit one entry per person and one entry per company, regardless of method of entry or the number of individuals from that company who register or attend. Only one prize will be awarded per company, household, and mailing address. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries containing false or incomplete information, are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has attempted to enter multiple times or has otherwise violated these rules.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: one RollCraft MRB pre-roll filling machine. Approximate retail value ("ARV") is $3,500.00 USD. Sponsor will pay standard ground shipping to a single commercial address within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia. Expedited shipping, delivery outside the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, installation, training, accessories, trays, cones, consumables, and any customs, duties, tariffs, or import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize will be shipped within thirty (30) days of Sponsor's receipt of all required documentation from the verified winner.

The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee other than the standard manufacturer's warranty that accompanies the machine. The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged. No cash equivalent or substitution will be offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Total ARV of all prizes is $3,500.00 USD.

6. Drawing and Odds

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted live on screen by Sponsor at the conclusion of the webinar on August 5, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification and Claim Period

The potential winner will be announced during the live webinar and notified by email and telephone using the contact information provided at registration, within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable, misdirected, filtered, or unanswered notifications. If a potential winner cannot be reached within the claim period, declines the prize, is found ineligible, fails to return required documentation, or fails to comply with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not obligated to award the prize if no eligible winner is identified.

8. Required Documentation and Taxes

Before the prize is awarded, the potential winner may be required to provide proof of age, proof of an active or pending cannabis license, and a completed IRS Form W-9, and to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where legally permitted, a publicity release. Failure to return required documents within seven (7) calendar days of request will result in forfeiture.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, tribal, and local taxes and any other costs, fees, and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use. Because the ARV of the prize exceeds $600.00, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, company name, city and state, likeness, photograph, and statements about the prize for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

10. Privacy and Communications Consent

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and will be used to administer this promotion and, where an entrant has opted in, to send marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Entry does not require consent to receive marketing communications, and declining or withdrawing marketing consent does not affect an entrant's eligibility or chances of winning.

Text message reminders about the webinar are sent only to entrants who provide separate express written consent at registration by affirmatively checking the text message opt-in box. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of entry, eligibility, or purchase.

11. General Conditions and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant, including license status, age, and residency, and to disqualify any entrant who cannot be verified.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, or undeliverable entries or notifications; for technical, hardware, software, network, telephone, or internet failures; for interruptions to the webinar; or for any injury or damage to any person's property related to or resulting from participation in this promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of this promotion, including errors in the announcement of the prize or its value. Sponsor is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, labor dispute, government action, power or network failure, or public health emergency.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with this promotion or the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this promotion, or to disqualify any entrant, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek all remedies available.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

This promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising out of or connected with this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
