🚀 Pre-Roll Filling Machine · Powered BY STM
A Pre-Roll Filling Machine Built for Growing Cannabis Brands
The RollCraft MRB is a commercial joint rolling machine built for craft cannabis producers. It fills 72 pre-rolled cones in about 60 seconds without individually pre-weighing material.
Fill up to 10,000 pre-rolls/day. One operator. $3,500. Powered by STM Canna.

Quality Pre-Roll Output. Craft-Scale Price
Faster cycles, consistent fills, and built to last, at a craft-scale price.
Fills in <60 Seconds
Achieve up to 3× faster cycle times than a Knockbox, with Particle Lock Technology delivering consistent, repeatable fills every time.
No Pre-Weighing
The adjustable top tray meters every cone to the same weight and consistency. Reclaim the excess. No pre-weighing
Metal, Not Plastic
Aluminum and steel construction, STM-engineered for commercial production
Cleans in Minutes
Replaceable liner bags. Reclaim or toss, wipe down with ISO, done. Designed for fast teardown, cleaning and material changeovers.
When Manual Pre-Roll Production Stops Scaling
Pre-rolls are the fastest-growing cannabis category, with 63% year-over-year growth according to Headset.io, and demand keeps climbing. But whether you’re hand-packing or fighting a slow, plastic Knockbox, manual filling caps how much you can produce, and how much you can earn.
Pre-rolls are the fastest-growing cannabis category, with 63% year-over-year growth according to Headset.io.
High Labor costs Kill Margins
3-5 packers = $81,000-$200K/yr in wages. And they still can’t keep up.
Inconsistent Weight Variance = Brand Risk
Inconsistent fills fail compliance checks and cost you premium shelf placement.
Too Much Manual Work, or Too Much Machine
Hefestus and JuanaRoll start at $225K+. Built for MSOs, not craft brands.
The Knockbox Has Hit Its Ceiling
100 cones/2.5-3 min. Manual. Plastic. Pre-weighing – it was never built to replace labor.

What Craft Producers Are Saying
★★★★★
“We moved two hand-packers to packaging with the MRB on day one. Consistent fills, no pre-weighing like a Knockbox, and it paid for itself faster than we expected.”
— J. Marlow
Owner · VMP · RollCraft MRB
★★★★★
“Coming from a Knockbox, the difference is night and day. It is much faster, solid built and one operator runs the whole thing.”
— F. Johnson
Production Manager · Pure · RollCraft MRB
★★★★★
“For $3,500 I was a little skeptical. Built like a real machine, runs like one too. STM quality at a price that actually made sense for where we are.”

RollCraft MRB Frequently Asked Questions
The MRB uses particle lock technology – Material funnels through a patented, adjustable top tray that regulates fill volume automatically. When the tray is full, all 72 cones are filled to the same precise volume – no manual pre-weighing, no overfilling, no underfilling. Repeatable every single run.
Unlike tamping or vibration-based systems such as the Knockbox 100 and King Kone, the MRB utilizes our patented Particle Lock Technology to achieve a superior pack.
As each pre-roll fills Particle Lock creates a controlled swirling vortex that allows material to naturally settle into place – like Tetris pieces finding their perfect fit. Every particle is guided into the optimal position, eliminating gaps, soft spots, and inconsistencies.
The result is a uniformly packed pre-roll with exceptional density, consistency, and draw performance – delivering a higher-quality product every time.
Knockbox
-Uses a manual pull-slat mechanism
-Constructed primarily from plastic
-Requires pre-weighing material before filling
-Produces approximately 5,000–6,000 pre-rolls per day
RollCraft MRB
-Uses PLT (Particle Lock Technology) to fill pre-rolls instead of tamping
-Built from durable aluminum and steel
-Requires no pre-weighing
-Produces up to 10,000 pre-rolls per day
-MRB costs $3,500 vs $5,400 for the Knockbox 100
-Designed and manufactured in the USA by STM Canna
A full-time hand-packer produces roughly 500-800 joints per day at $28,800-$40,000 per year in labor. The RollCraft MRB fills up to 10,000 per day with one operator at a machine cost of $3,500. At 5,000 pre-rolls per day, two hand-packers cost $57,600-$80,000 per year in labor.
At sufficient production volume, the MRB can significantly reduce filling labor and potentially pay for itself quickly. Actual ROI depends on production volume, labor costs and workflow.
Both machines accomplish similar goals: pre-roll automation, labor savings, scalability and use similar proven STM patented technology. RollCraft is for smaller craft and emerging brands and STM is for higher volume pre-roll producers and output. The main differences: RollCraft MRB – low/high speed control vs variable 0-100, Mini-RocketBox motor is 2x more power and fills a tray in 30-45s vs 45-60s, warranty: 6 months vs 1-year for Mini-RocketBox.
The MRB supports both 72-joint and 143-joint trays. The 72-joint tray is designed for RollCraft’s One-Tray Workflow, allowing the same tray to move from filling on the MRB to automated closing on the ATC. For producers focused on filling capacity rather than the One-Tray Workflow, a 143-joint tray is also available.
The RollCraft MRB is designed for craft producers that want more automation without moving to a large, expensive all-in-one system. Compared with equipment such as the Futurola Knockbox, King Kone and PreRoll Press, the MRB combines 72-count batch filling, Particle Lock Technology and a One-Tray Workflow that can connect directly with the RollCraft ATC for automated Dutch Crown closing. The right machine depends on your production volume, labor, joint sizes and desired level of automation.
No. The MRB is the filler. Add the RollCraft ATC ($24,995) for a pre-roll automation complete line. Bundle price: $29,995 with extra trays.
